Christmas Eve 2008
Yep, that's me, Christmas Eve. Usually my husband is in the suit, but this year I happened to make a comment in passing that it might be funny if I put it on.
I have to say, we were all a little surprised at how well it fit me. The belt is on the first hole, though, thank you very much. But there isn't any extra padding in that belly, folks. That's all me (and Jack, of course - I'd like to think he was taking up most of the room in there!) And I did put it on over my clothes, so there was a little extra bulk from that. I know, I know, I'm really reaching...
I happened to be wearing those cowboy boot house shoes as regular shoes that night, due to my swollen feet and ankles. Due... that word is starting to sound sweeter every day! Only 5 weeks to go, give or take. |
